NOTE: Thank you for helping us develop the best possible new zoning code for Baltimore by reviewing the DRAFT and sending us your comments. We are no longer accepting online comments for the second version of the Draft Zoning Code. We can continue to accept your comments by letter, or email at mailto:Plan@baltimorecity.gov. However, we cannot guarantee that comments received after January 6th will be reviewed prior to the final draft.
These maps accompany the Version 2 of the Draft Zoning Code and the Draft Landscape Ordnance also just released in September 2011. Please refer to the home page on this website to find the links to review both of those documents.
Each map refers to an area on the “Reference Grid”. Each .Pdf contains a set of maps to help illustrate the zoning recommendations. The first map shows only the new recommendations. The second map compares the new zoning to the existing zoning code.
